- Because the transaction is being initiated at the merchant’s location using a POS iSwipe-L which will identify it as unique at that precise moment.

Cell phones that do not have internet access can dial a number that will take them directly to an automated response system (IVR), similar to those you would encounter when you dial a bank’s phone number. |
